Refund & Return Policy

At Stoney's Creations Studio, every item is handmade to order — most pieces are laser-engraved or custom-cut specifically for you, so please review your order details, spelling, and design carefully before submitting.

Custom/personalized items (engraved plaques, coasters, signs, decals, and anything made to your specifications) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun, except in cases of a defect or an error made on our end.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and before production has started. Once your item is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

Bulk orders (5+ units): A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. Before production starts, we'll provide a rendering/proof of your design for approval. The remaining 50% balance is due once you approve the rendering and before the order ships or is ready for pickup. Cancellations after deposit and rendering approval are not eligible for a refund, as materials and production time have already been committed.

Defects or errors: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Non-custom, ready-made items (if offered) may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition for a refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return/issue is confirmed.
