Terms of Service

Welcome to Stoney's Creations Studio. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Custom orders: By submitting a custom order (text, images, or designs), you confirm you have the right to use that content and that it doesn't infringe on any third party's copyright or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

Bulk & Custom Orders (5+ units): Bulk orders require a 50% deposit to confirm and begin production. We will provide a digital rendering of your design for your approval prior to production. Production begins only after the rendering is approved and the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipment or pickup. Changes requested after rendering approval may incur additional cost or delay.

Order acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or production limitations, with a full refund issued in that case.

Pricing: We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy but are not liable for typographical or pricing errors, which we may correct before fulfilling an order.

Intellectual property: Original designs, photography, and content on this site are the property of Stoney's Creations Studio and may not be reproduced without permission. This does not apply to designs/content you provide for your own custom order.

Limitation of liability: Stoney's Creations Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
