Shipping Policy

Production time: Because every item is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships or is ready for pickup.

Bulk orders (5+ units): The 3–5 business day production window begins once your deposit is paid and your rendering is approved — not from the original order date.

Local pickup: Free local pickup is available in Colebrook, NH. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready — please allow the same 3–5 business day production window.

Shipping: Orders ship via USPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.

Delays: Once an order leaves our hands, we're not responsible for carrier delays, but we're happy to help track down a lost or delayed package.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
